10,000

As of today, my blog has officially had 10,000 page views. Which is kind of exciting to me for some reason. It's like my little baby blog is all grown up. Although, I started this little blog in February, 2008-- which is just a little over 3 years ago, so it's not like it was a prodigy or instant hit :) But I like it. It's an outlet for me. A place where I can just me be. Flaws, fears, joys, excitement, love. Growing from my very first post here, still a student and ready to be done. Then graduating, To becoming a working Mom here. And then quiting because I hated being a working Mom. Then Kyle graduated. And then a few short months after that, we had Cammon. But among all those big markers we had small ones too. Like potty-training and vacations. It's been a good ride. Thanks for riding along with me.

Moving on....

Yesterday, Adney was convinced that it was time to be Summer. And it was snowing. But, he was determined. So he wanted to wear shorts all day. So I let him. And he wanted me to turn the sprinklers on outside... and I relinquished. And he wanted to go to the water park. But it was covered in snow and not open, so we definitely didn't do that. And so.... I told him he could go swimming... in the bathtub. And we put some Beach Boys on and Adney went swimming...in the bathtub. Why not?

 Cammon loves to stand by the bath and bang on the cold metal. So he did that, while Adney went swimming. I even put his swimsuit on him.

Even though it is snowing outside, it is summer at our house. Maybe we will have a picnic in the living room tomorrow.
