3 days....

Until my due date. I have been contracting all day, but nothing close together enough to go to the hospital. My mom is supposed to be here today. But she is sick and is staying in a hotel in Salt Lake until tomorrow. Hopefully she is all better by then. As much as I want my Mom to be here right away, the last thing I want is to get sick or to get my newborn sick. SO my poor mom is stuck in Salt Lake for now- resting and thinking healing thoughts. Other than that I am trying to get my house cleaned. The major cleaning is done I just need to do basic things like laundry and vacuuming. And I have a list of things for Kyle to do like put together the crib, mow the lawn, feed the bunny, etc.

I feel like life is a waiting game. Waiting to go into labor, waiting for my mom to get here, waiting for a precious little one to join us. Waiting, waiting, waiting. I just want to hold my little boy and know that everything is ok and behind us. Perfect tiny little toes and fingers and ears and lips and.... you get the picture. I am ready to be into the swing of newborn life. Sleep, eat, snuggle, poop, repeat. At least I think I am ready.... it sounds exhausting now that I think about it.

Even Adney is asking "When is the baby come?" today.
